Food health and safety issues in SunConnect Liberty Hisarönü are being monitored by BIX Corporate based on HACCP Procedures.

What is HACCP?

HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points), is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from physical, chemical and biological hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level. The HACCP system can be used at all stages of a food chain, from food production and preparation processes including packaging, distribution, etc.

BIX Corporate provides the services of BIX-FSP Food Safety Points independent inspection and setting up of international management systems published by ISO in the tourism sector in 5 star hotels and first class holiday villages, restaurants, enterprices producing and providing food, retail outlets since 2005 when it started its operations.
